Obituary for Hubert Dwayne Morris

It is with great sadness that the family of Hubert Dwayne Morris announces his passing after a long and brave battle with cancer on July 7th, 2016 at the age of 45 years.

Dwayne struggled without complaint and was so strong and courageous to the end. His lifetime commitment to his love of life will always be remembered by his family who will miss him dearly.

Dwayne will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife and best friend, Maxine, together 28 years; father, Wilfred Morris; brothers, Colin(Jane) and Freddie(Diane); sister, Charlene(Sandy); in laws, Ivan and Bev, Hayward and Julie, Annie and Jim, Maisie and Vince, Wanda and Cal, Loretta and Jeff, Bernice and Derek, Corwin, Donna and Joe, Rennie and Christa; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Dwayne was always their favorite!

Predeceased by his mother, Maggie Morris; mother in law, Caroline Simms; and father in law, Reginald Simms.
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.

Funeral service was held on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm from St. Saviour’s Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Hubert Vallis officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage .
