Obituary for Ada Emma Loveless

Ada Loveless passed peacefully away at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Centre in Botwood, age 91 years, of Seal Cove.

Leaving behind with fond memories, her loving husband, Chesley, of almost 74 years; children: Rene (Wanda) and Dora (Howard); daughter-in-law, Phyllis; grandchildren: Verna, Jerry, Lisa, Laura and Lori; six great grandchildren; sister: Ruby Rideout; brothers: Gordon Bungay and Archie Bungay; and a wide circle of extended family members and friends.

Predeceased by her parents: Cecil & Olive Bungay; son: Wesley; grandchildren: Lori, Jason, Lucy and Pamela; brothers: Wesley Bungay and Wallace Bungay; and two baby sisters.

Ada was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Her love for the Lord that she followed and served faithfully since her earliest years and her steadfast love for her family was always evident. The way that she cared so deeply for others was truly the hallmark of her life. She was a strong woman in so many ways and faced the challenges of life with unwavering faith in God, leaving behind a lasting legacy that will continue to influence and inspire all whose lives she touched.

The family expresses sincere gratitude to the Nursing Staff and Dr. Munir Rafal at the Twomey Centre for the compassionate care they provided right to the very end of her life.

Rested at The Salvation Army, Seal Cove, Fortune Bay, with Visitation Times: Thursday, September 22 at 6:00-9:00PM Friday, September 23 at 10:00AM-12:00PM; 2:00-4:00PM; 7:00-9:00PM

Funeral Service took place on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Salvation Army Citadel at Seal Cove with Majors Rene and Wanda Loveless officiating. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Seal Cove.
