Andrews

Condolences

Condolence From: Rev. Canon Iliffe Sheppard
Condolence: Christine and famil, I just returned from my holidays and heard that Rodney had passed away. I want to express my sincere condolences to you all. It was a blessing and inspiration to provide pastoral care to Rodney during his stay at Sta. Claire’s Hospitsl. The depth of his family in Our Lord and the manner in which he shared how much God meant to him was remarkable and a witness of his Christian life. May Rodney continue to inspire you as you reflect on the wonderful life that he lived and great hope of the resurrection that ihe now shares with all who have died in faith as he enters into Gaod’s nearer presence. My Rodney rest in and rise in glory. Canon Sheppard.

Condolence From: Pastor Stephen Wiseman
Condolence: Christine and family. For a few short years I was privileged to know Rodney. I found in him a man of genuine faith in God, a loving and devoted family man, who had a zest for life. Despite the many health challenges, he dispensed large measures of love and faith to those he encountered in life. Often he became a source of inspiration to me personally, when in fact I was attempting to encourage him! I will truly miss our times of fellowship. Equally brilliant in my encounters with his family, was the profound love demonstrated in devotion to husband, father, son. Take comfort in the knowledge that you all gave your best to Rodney, and now in Heaven he is reaping the rewards of his faith. Gods blessing of strength to all the family.

Condolence From: Canon Edward Keeping
Condolence: Christine and Family, Andrew’s Family So sorry to hear of Rodney’s passing. The comfort you can take at this time was his deep faith in had in the one who said “ I am the Resurrection and the Life.” He is at rest and free from pain and suffering but more important , he is with his Lord and Saviour . During my visit with him at the HSC, st.John’s , he was not afraid what was to come. May you all have the assurance of God’s presence with you in the days and years to come. May he now Rest In Peace and rise in glory. God bless you at this sad time.
