Obituary for Albert James Tibbo

It is with great sadness that the family of Albert James Tibbo announces his sudden passing at Grand Falls-Windsor on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019, age 78 years of Harbour Breton.

Albert James leaves to mourn his loving family: wife, Evelyn; son, Jamie at Harbour Breton; daughters, Pansy Tibbo at Harbour Breton, Edith (Corey Piercey) at Grand Falls-Windsor and Colleen Tibbo at Harbour Breton; grandchildren, Miranda, Jonathan and Christy; great grandchildren, Carter and Theo; brothers, Stanley Tibbo (Jane) and Richard Tibbo (Goldie); sisters, Annie Maude (Murdock) and Martha Strowbridge all at Harbour Breton; brother in law, Thomas (Louise) at Point May; sister in law, Alice at Ontario; plus a number of other relatives and friends.

Predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Sarah Tibbo; sisters, Eliza and Charlotte; brother, Reginald; brothers in law, William Strowbridge, Patrick Snook and Ronald Roberts; sisters in law, Linda, Doris and Queena; a number of other relatives.

Visitation took place at Spencer’s Funeral Home, Harbour Breton on Thursday, September 5th, and Friday, September 6th.

Family Service was held on Friday, September 6th at 7:00 pm at Spencer’s Funeral Home

Funeral Service was held at St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church at Harbour Breton on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Bruce Vallis officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Breton.
