Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center in Harbour Breton on Thursday, September 14, 2017, Margaret Jane Snook, age 90 years of Harbour Breton.

Leaving to mourn her loving family: sons, Reginald (Mary), Bill (Elsie), Mike (Carrie) all at Harbour Breton, Jullien (Lorraine) at Fortune, Basil (Betty) at Prince Rupert, BC, Simeon (Florence) at Fort MacMurray, AB, Patrick (Linda) and Jim (Christine) all at Harbour Breton; daughters, Bride Snook (Alex), Lillian Rose (Reuben), Helena Drake (Pius), Marie Skinner (Ivan) all at Harbour Breton, and Marion Blagdon (Murdock) at Coomb’s Cove; thirty seven grandchildren , sixty three great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; plus a large number of other relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her husband, Simeon; parents, Jullien and Minnie Cox; four children, granddaughter, Romaine Snook; great granddaughter, Skye Snook; son in law, Terrance Skinner; as well as other close relatives.

Funeral Service was held on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at 2:00 pm from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church at Harbour Breton with Father David Joy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Breton.
