Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton on Monday, June 26, 2017, Mrs. Catherine Hancock, age 90 years of Pool’s Cove.

Leaving to mourn her loving family: sons, Derrick (Connie) at Gander, Warren (Dallas) at Harbour Breton and Barry (Karen) at Pool’s Cove; daughter, Margaret Wall at C.B.S., NL; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; brother, Jed Williams and wife, Bessie, in Ontario; plus a number of other relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her husband, Allan; grand daughters, Alana Hancock Rose and Robyn Hancock; sisters, Margaret and Winnie; brothers, Roy and John.

Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm from MacDermott United Church at Pool’s Cove with Rev. Georgina Parsons officiating. Interment followed at the United Church Cemetery, Pool’s Cove.
